[Its morning, and Ruri's been making a mess in the kitchen.  She was up at 4 cooking, and made a very bland pizza, its been sitting in the refrigerator now for a few hours to get that perfect cold pizza temperature, that and there's a pot of macaroni and cheese on the stove.  Its not a traditional breakfast, but she woke up and wanted to do something nice for Scott.]

"Um, this may sound a little silly, but...  I'm turning 16 next month, and recent events have made me realize that I do not have a good grasp on being an adult.  I don't suppose anyone out there gives lessons or anything on that to girls?"

"I like lots of things, but, I'm not sure they are applicable here. Maybe something cute to wear or an umbrella to set up outside to sit under. I don't really know."

Yeah. Sounds like it wasn't a fun experience at all either.

"To be fair, I really wasn't taught what fun was at that point so I didn't really know any better. That being said, I don't ever want to live like that again."

Oh that? I just escaped the palace for the most part. It weakened me a bit after what was going on, but I was able to leave. And that was actually the start of how I began my adventure into the Netheruniverse and discovered what Empyria is like!
