"Scott is acting a little weird, I think whatever is in the air is hitting him doubly hard, would it be okay if I stayed with one of you for a few days, either till this blows over or the droning issue happens? Its not that I'm really worried about safety, but he locked himself in the only bathroom."

We're not hiding, I just haven't seen the need to be out and about during all... whatever this is. Mostly I'm just worried about Rin.

"I'm not comfortable stopping at her home. One of her house mates reminds me of the martian successors."

Which one? Though to be honest I believe I know already.

"The white haired man. Something about him just makes me uncomfortable."

I just roundly despise him.

He thinks he can protect Rin better than myself or Lancer.

And he has no honor.

"I have no real honor either. But honor in naval battles is hard. That being said, I'm not comfortable around him."

"My favorite tactic was data intrusion into the enemy's ship, then causing them to power down all the reactors till a police force could capture them."

I am almost tempted to call such a thing justice. You would not like to know what I intend to do to the man who slew my brother, Tarik Torgaddon.

"Test his genetic reconstructed cell's tolerance to gravity weaponry by exposing him to it and slowly turning it up till you turn every cell in his body to pulp?"

No. I intend to impale him with my chainsword, break his spine, turn it off after his guts have been mulched, remove his helm... and shoot him in the head with my bolter until nothing at all remains.

"Nothing remains of the head? His full mass may take a while, even with explosive rounds. Perhaps if you had some sort of disintegration weapon. Still, it may be an interesting scientific study."

[She shakes her head a bit]

"Sorry about that, I'm not hooked into my normal systems because I'm trying to repair another and sometimes I go off on tangents."

That is all right. WOuld you care for some tea? Cookies?

"Tea would be nice."

[ Garviel heads in to put a pot of tea on, and will gesture towards a sofa for her to sit down. ]

[She nods and walks in to sit down]

[ Garviel brings her some not terribly brewed tea. He's getting better at this. ]

[She takes a sip and ponders]

"Don't boil the water or let it cool down for about 10 minutes before adding the leaves. It will help."

I'll make a note of that for the next time I brew it.
